We pick up from all hotels/guesthouses/apartments/ports in Reykjavik. Due to local regulations, certain hotels/guesthouses/apartments do not allow for lobby pick-up. Guests will have to go to the nearest bus stop for the pick-up. Please note that pick-up starts 90 minutes before ticket time. For Reykjavik pick-ups from the hotel or nearest bus ... stop, you will be picked up with a minibus and transferred to the Bus Terminal to join a coach bus that will take you to the Lagoon. You will be dropped off at Blue Lagoon. The same procedure is applied for the return to Reykjavik. Please kindly note that pick-up from Keflavik International Airport starting from the 1st of June 2022 is only available at 07:30, 09:30, 12:30, and 16:30. Also, pick-up from Blue Lagoon to Keflavik International Airport starting from the 1st of June 2022 is only available at 12:00, 14:30, and 16:00. For the Hotels and accommodations located in Keflavik Town, the pick-up will be made from Keflavik Airport only. Transportation from your accommodation in Keflavik town to Keflavik Airport is not included. The minimum age for using the Blue Lagoon is two years old. This is because children younger than two are highly sensitive to the water's elevated mineral content. Children aged 8 and younger must wear floaties. These are available at the entrance to the lagoon and can be used free of charge. Children under 2 are welcome in the facility but the parent has to take turns sitting with the child outside of the water. Read more â–¼

Let the warm and mineral-rich water warm you up and recharge you for your exciting trip in Iceland. Blue Lagoon opens 09:00-22:00 but the lagoon can be used untill 08:30.

  • Infants are required to sit on an adult’s lap

  • Each adult is allowed to supervise and be responsible for no more than 2 children
  • Minimum age is 2 years
  • The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions
  • Passport name, number, expiry and country is required at time of booking for all participants
  • Guests are required to bring their own swimsuit or rent from the facilities.
  • We advise you to not bring jewlery in the lagoon as it might get damaged from the elevated mineral content.

Do not leave Iceland without experiencing this wonderful place. Take at least 3-4 hours to enjoy this lagoon! I am trying to squeeze another visit before I leave.

This is a must do activity in Iceland. Nothing else like it that I’ve ever done. Expansive geothermal heated pools. Be prepared for crowds getting in and in locker rooms and showers, but the lagoons are huge.
