Overview

Panoramic tour in Cuernavaca, the city of the eternal spring, to visit one of the oldest Cathedrals in America, the Palace of Cortes, its mansions and avenues. From there we will continue to the Sierra Madre to visit one of its treasures: Taxco, known as the “World Silver Capital”, you will have time for an optional lunch at the suggested restaurant after a craft explanation of the silver process, then visit the famous Baroque parish church of Santa Prisca, its cobblestoned streets and the silver artwork of its people.

Pickup is available ONLY from selected hotels in Polanco, Pink Zone, Historic Center, or Reforma Avenue. Customers must call to confirm the exact pick-up time because it's prior the activity starts from 15 to 60 minutes before. Unfortunately, we are not allow to pick you up on apartment building or private ... residences. If you are not hosted in one of the hotels before mentioned or you are staying in a Airbnb please make your way to the meeting point located at De La Republica Avenue 154, Tabacalera, 06030. Near to Monumento a la Revolucion, behind Barceló Reforma hotel, in front of ISSSTE building. After your pick up, you will be transferred to our main departure point to be integrated to your tour. The tour with our guide Javier was incredible. The stop in Cuernavaca is short but still amazing. Keep in mind when visiting Taxco to visit Museo de Lagrimas, a mansion made museum offering a glimpse to life in the past.

Julieta our guide was very knowledgeable about history of the areas we drove through. There were only two of us English speakers and she was careful to translate her comments for us personally. The scenery we saw was spectacular and Taxco itself was absolutely beautiful. I plan to return.
