Too beautiful for words. Despite the weather I loved the whole experience. The waterfalls were breathtaking and the sky lagoon was heaven. Definitely coming here again. 4 days is not enough

We started the day with a pick up from outside our accommodation, it was on time and vocal upon arriving so we knew what bus to take. We arrived at the bus station to move across to another bus which was no issue. Here we met Helgi & Darren, they were both very happy to be there, happy to help and full of beans, even on the cold dark morning. Helgi was an amazing bus driver with absolutely no issues at all during the day he was also very happy to give us extra facts that Darren wasn’t aware of. Darren was a fountain of knowledge he knew so much about the locations we visited & Iceland itself. We sat at the front of the bus which potentially made the experience that much better, which meant we could have a conversation & laugh with both Darren & Helgi. After the golden circle tour was over we headed back to the bus station to pick up another bus to the Sky lagoon. This was a quick transfer over to the lagoon. It was beautiful and the 7 step ritual was amazing. The only down side to this is we only had 2 hours at the lagoon and I believe we could have spent longer here. With getting ready, then showered and back out it felt like we only got an hour in the lagoon itself. I would definitely come back and go on this tour again, especially if they are our tour guides!!

There was a mix up with the pick up location on the day we booked, consequently we missed the bus. I contacted the tour operator, Reykjavik Sightseeing, and they could not be more helpful. They ensured we were able to participate with the full itinerary and experience the complete tour, which was absolutely incredible. The Geysir’s were amazing, Gullfoss waterfall absolutely stunning, and the sky lagoon was fantastic, even better that we had views of the erupting volcano!! Our tour guide, Michael was very informative and knowledgeable about Iceland which made the transfers between landmarks fun and educational.

Seeing the natural wonders of Iceland with a knowledgeable guide was awesome! Sky Lagoon is a must experience!

Darren and driver Paulo made an awesome trip even better. Darren as a tour guide was extreemly knowlegable and entertaining - he probably talked for 4-5 hours and it was never boring. Paulo was one of the best bus drivers I have seen. He threaded that bus though narrow bridges and busy parking lots like a pro!
