He was amazing, he made it super fun and also show us a lot of things. He stopped to buy the traditional fermented Shark for us to try, he got us local candy, and he was very good making jokes to keep us entertained while in the road.

I was able to join a tour on very short notice after other plans fell through and I was a bit lost, and thanks to Dofri I ended up having a great day with some very cool people! I saw a lot of beautiful places and we also went to get local food and talked about all kinds of interesting things. Thank you very much and I hope to visit again some day!

Our group thoroughly enjoyed our day with Reykjavik Erupts and our fantastic guide, Dofri! Dofri is incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about all things Iceland. We enjoyed our comfortable van tour to the Golden Circle sights, and the local lunch spot food was delightful! While driving back to Reykjavik Dofri entertained us with Sagas of Viking and Icelandic lore! We are eager to return and revisit this unique and magical place. We highly recommend Reykjavik Erupts to all whom we speak to about our experiences in Iceland!

A full day with amazing views and an excellent tour guide. Our tour guide Dofri gave us a very unique experience with everything from a tour to the stables, great local food, great views of the waterfalls, geysers and the black beach. The enchanting Viking story’s took the experience to another level.

This trip was so wonderful that everything we did afterwards paled by comparison. Dofri helped me plan the tour and answered tons of questions. Then he coordinated with me the week prior to make sure we had the right clothes for the weather and that pick up would work smoothly. Steinhar was our guide. He meshed well with my family and graciously dealt with everyone's differing health and physical abilities. He was flexible about where we wanted to go, how much time we wanted to spend there, and where we wanted to get picked up and dropped off. We even got some hidden gems and extra views off the beaten path. With Steinhar, we learned a lot and laughed even more! (My family is still repeating Steinhar sayings a week later.) I wanted to learn about elves, drolls, and the hidden people and Steinhar's stories were excellent. If I could give this trip 6 stars out of 5, I would. Saying that it was excellent is underselling the experience.
