Overview
This tour will provide you with a complete picture of the country's history and culture through the different sites from the mediavle era, as you will see different scenes of the Egyptian identity through its Coptic and Islamic old sites.
You will visit Saladin Citadel, constructed in 1172 AD that houses the Alabaster Mosque of Mohamed Ali which was built in 1823 AD. Afterwards, tour Old Cairo, the site of a city that pre-dated Cairo with many historic churches, a Synagogue, and a Roman fort, end your day by exploring the exotic Souqs of Cairo (Khan El Khalili Bazaar). Â
