Calm under fire, literally

Paul was the personification of grace under pressure. When the tragic shooting took place outside the Alta Pinakothek , Paul alerted us not to go there and then met us at the Residenz for a charming and informative 2 hour tour on the fly. No one could’ve pivoted better.
