This tour surpassed all expectation. First, we actually booked with Mike a couple of years ago but had to postpone due to a Covid spike. We had prepaid the tour. He told that he would honor the payment for a future tour. We rebooked the trip for the past December. This was more than two years later. It would have been easy for Mike to say that he was busy and just keep our money. Instead, he was excited for us to come and confirmed right away. That shows his integrity. He picked us up in Bayeux in his comfortable van. We then spent the day seeing all the major sites. Mike had fascinating facts and stories everywhere we went. He answered all of our questions and made the history come to life. Finishing at the American Cemetery was a memorable and emotional way to end the day. We will never forget the day. My wife's grandfather served at D-Day. She felt a stronger connection to him thanks to our tour. I knew very little about Normandy going into the day. I now feel a true connection to the area and the amazing sacrifices made there. Mike was the perfect guide for the day. As you see by all of his reviews, Mike is the right guide. Romain was an amazing guide!! He customized the tour for our family. He is a wealth of knowledge and had so many great stories to share as well as facts! High recommend! This was my third time to Normandy and I still leaned new things! Our tour was with my family of four (14 and 16 year old).
