Get to the heart of our vibrant hawker culture: taste local foods crafted by old and emerging hawkers. Discover the origins of our street foods as we guide you through dishes from diverse cultures, each with its own traditions that have been carefully preserved and continue to be enjoyed by locals and visitors alike.

Get to taste at least 9 different Malay, Indian and Chinese dishes, engaging your taste buds from sweet to spicy to savoury, and everything in between. We had a terrific and fun few hours with Rachel, who shared her knowledge and respect for Singapore’s food and diverse culture in such an informed, engaging and entertaining way. As you would hope on a food tour, we went to places we would never have found otherwise, and tasted food and drink we would never have known how to order. A fabulous experience.

We thoroughly enjoyed this trip and is highly recommended. Rachel the owner was excellent in the booking process and questions answered as needed. Our host for the day Kelvin was brilliant. He arrived on time and looked after us attentively for the whole day. The food was varied ….lots to sample…you won’t like everything but that’s the fun of trying lots of dishes! We walked, got a bus and went on the underground ….. felt like a local….which was the whole point of choosing this tour. If you only have a couple of days to enjoy Singapore….this is certainly a tour to consider. 10/10.

Can’t recommend this tour enough! Rachel was the best! She was so friendly and knowledgeable! She really caters the tour to what you are interested in seeing and trying. She is also very sociable and easy to chat with! One of the best tours I have done!

Corliss was great. She didn’t rush us , explained the history and cultures so we had a good understanding about the people of Singapore. The food choices were varied and delicious and she made a special effort to make sure I had special things to eat with my dietary restrictions. She spoke slowly and was easily understandable.
