Visit Chengdu panda base in the afternoon and then visit Sanxingdui museum which is considered the most significant archaeological discoveries of the 20th century and is referred to as the Ninth Wonder of the World in the afternoon by private transfer Option 2: 6 hours jointed small group to visit Sanxingdui museum by public shuttle bus in the afternoon. Option 3: Private day tour for the people who desirably want to know more abt Sanxingdui. Visit Jinsha site which created by the Sanxingdui people's successors about 3000 years ago in the morning and then visit Sanxingdui museum in the afternoon by private transfer. Itinerary

Giant Panda Breeding Research Base (Xiongmao Jidi)

Option 1 Pick up at Chengdu hotels and drive 40 minutes to Chengdu Panda Base. In the morning, when the weather is cooler, the pandas are more active. We will see them having breakfast and exercising. You may also have the chance to see a red panda walking around.

Jinsha Site Museum

Option 3 Discover the journey of the ancient Sichuan people after the Sanxingdui kingdom with a visit to the Jinsha Site Museum in downtown Chengdu. Our guide and driver will meet you at your hotel lobby and drive you to the museum in just 30 minutes. Once you reach there, explore the Jinsha Site Museum, built on the actual archaeological excavation site. Witness original relics half-buried in the earth and may see the workers continue their excavation. Marvel at treasures such as the 0.02 centimeter thick Sun Bird Golden Badge, the Jade Sea Shell, the most well-preserved Golden Mask, the 1.85 meters long Ivory, and the largest Turtle Shell used by royal wizards. Don't miss the Golden Crown Lace with carvings identical to those on the Golden Stick in Sanxingdui. 10:00 am- 11:30 am Drive from Chengdu to Guanghan

For option 1 and 3: our guide will suggest you local restaurants to have lunch and then drive you to Sanxingdui museum for visiting For option 2：Our guide will meet you at the shuttle bus station in front of the PRADA store at IFS where the giant panda sculpture on the wall. He/she will bring you to catch the shuttle bus from Chengdu to Sanxingdui in 1 hour. After a 3-4 hours visiting in the museum, he/she will bring you back IFS by the shuttle bus. A must do when in Chengdu

Great Tour! Wing was a really knowledgeable guide. Because of his experience, we were able to see the pandas even though the panda base was crowded. He was also our guide at the museum and gave us thorough and interesting explanation of the history surrounding the site and pointing out the significant and 'must-view' artifacts. We would highly recommend this tour, from the transport, the guide, his recommendations and assistance in getting admission tickets.

Incredible museum and guide

This is one of the most incredible museums I've ever been to and Victor was an amazing guide. He gave a thorough explanation of everything from the history of the discovery of the site to what archaeologists have learned about the objects. He brought me to all the most significant objects and helped me understand why they were significant. I think this is a must do if you're visiting Chengdu.

Panda Le Shan Du Jiang Yan San Xing Dui tour

Victor was our guide for 3 days and he was great. He shared alot of knowledge about the history and culture of China that's related to the places of interest that we visited. He also shared alot about the china today. By sharing the above, as visitors to China we did not just visit the place but we felt like we had a better understanding of the country and its people too, which is the most rewarding part of traveling. He was also detailed enough to get a birthday cake for my birthday without mention. He would also go the extra mile to drive the car over so we walked less. He was also always punctual. The Company made recommendation for our itenary based on what we wanted and our interests, which is great. Victor is also an experienced guide for the places we visited, knowing the best angles for pictures, knowing when's a good time to see more panda action etc. Highly recommended if going to that region in China!

Audrey was an amazing tour guide! She knew exactly where to go and see Pandas, saving a lot of time. Enjoyed her home town (where Sanxingdui museum is located) very much and special restaurant she selected for our lunch. Her knowledge at the museum was incredible. She explained each artifact and the history in English and answered any questions. She is a wealth of knowledge, very friendly and we even shared some laughs. Was a wonderful day and experience, the professional driver was great too! Highly recommend this company! Ask for Audrey especially if visiting the museums.
