Our Chinatown private food tour will show you the secret food places that are well-loved by locals. We will also show you how Singapore has grown over the years - from the development of our culture and heritage and how that has influenced the evolution of our local cuisiines. Our advice is to come with an empty stomach and a sense of adventure to try different kinds of food.

We had an amazing experience on a hawker food stand tour with Leo! He is an incredibly knowledgeable and engaging guide who not only introduced us to some of the best local dishes but also provided fascinating insights into Singapore’s history and future development. The tour was well-paced, and every stop featured outstanding food, from iconic classics to hidden gems I wouldn’t have discovered on my own. Beyond the food, our visit to the planning museum was a highlight, offering a deeper understanding of Singapore’s growth and its ambitious vision for the future. If you’re looking for a tour that combines delicious food with meaningful cultural and historical insights, I highly recommend booking with Leo. He truly made the experience memorable!

Leo was excellent - more food we could eat and many we had never tried before. His tour of the City Gallery was very informative and provided us a good introduction to Singapore's history. My only comment is that the City Gallery portion was a bit too long with more information than we could absorb. Otherwise an excellent toutour guide. guide.

Fantastic walking and foodie tour

We had a fantastic tour of Singapore. Second time but saw things we missed the first time. Went to the Hawker Centres to sample a variety of dishes and visited the City Gallery. Must do tour if you want to see a different aspect of Singapore. Leo was a wealth of knowledge and clearly loves what he does. Make sure you have a light breakfast!

Great food; knowledgeable and friendly guide - great help for my wheat allergy

Took the tour with Leo the morning after our arrival in Singapore. It's our first trip, and I have an intolerance for wheat. I thought it might help to have a guide to help us navigate Singapore's famous hawker centres. We sampled breakfast-type foods, the famous Hainan Chicken Rice, oyster cakes, several types of barbecued pork, an interesting dessert item, and much more. Leo was careful to offer only foods that he knew that I could eat, though my wife was able to sample a few tasty things that I was unable to try. In addition, Leo took us to a city museum that explained the history of Singapore and what life in the city is like today. Leo was a great guide, and a good source of information, helping us to decide what else we might want to do during our short visit here. Bottom line: The tour included far more than we expected, and was exactly the tour we needed for our first morning in Singapore. Highly recommended

What a great personal tour we had with Leo. We were very familiar with Singapore and Malaysian food, having lived here in the region before, but still wanted to find some great food stalls, learn about Singapore, and explore a part of it with more detail and efficiency than we could do on our own. Leo provided that opportunity wonderfully. He is knowledgeable, fun, personable, and we really enjoyed learning, touring, and eating through Singapore’s Chinatown area together. We could not have had the same experience without him. Highly recommended.
