Our tour guide was super friendly! The tour was excellent, we got to try a bunch of different food and she even did some sightseeing with us!

Sandy, our tour guide was wonderful! She took us to interesting places that we would not have found on our own. She is warm, funny and knowledgeable and an excellent conversationalist. She also gave us many suggestions of other things to do and places to go during our stay in Vienna. The tour was a great welcome to Vienna.

Excellent, excellent, excellent!!! I’m sure other guides are great too; but Susanne was truly excellent! First, I have booked tours through Viator in several countries, and it has almost always been a great experience. We will continue to use them. The only small issue was that Viator’s directions to the meeting spot were contradictory. They gave an exact address (Stephansplatz 3) and a landmark (in front if the cathedral). Well, Stephansplatz 3 is NOT in front of the cathedral. Stephansplatz 3 is located on one side of the cathedral. Not really a huge deal except there were a couple thousand people in the area and we weren’t sure if we were supposed to be at Stephansplatz 3 OR the front of the cathedral. Fortunately, Susanne texted us and we were able to find her at the cathedral entrance. Great communication by Susanne! Just a warning if you encounter the same issue. Meet your guide at the cathedral entrance. This was really a history and street food & drinks tour (Susanne is a historian foodie). She speaks multiple languages and her English was perfect. I won’t spoil it by telling you where she took us; but will say that we were stuffed (and very satisfied) by the end of the tour. She was very personable and you could tell she was passionate about both food AND history. There is a lot of walking, so be prepared and wear comfortable shoes. Also, the cost may seem expensive compared to other similar tours, but it was a personal tour for just the two of us (me and my wife), and all tastes were included in the cost. We were EXTREMELY happy we took this tour and recommend it.

What a memorable experience! Ingrid was great - she asked our interests and then geared the food choices to our tastes. The information and knowledge she provided about Vienna were wonderful. Appreciated her sharing her love of food with us!
