We arranged a private tour with a personal guide and driver. Our guide, Olga Evangelia Solanou, was personable and informed; she knew exactly how to create an experience that was all things to everyone! Her knowledge and intuition about creating the ideal visitor experience for us included visits to beaches, villages, botanical gardens, and the best epicurean adventure ever! Our hope was to experience the authentic life of Crete and its sites, sounds and flavors and Olga saw to it we did! Both she and our driver Vasilis accommodated group mobility issues and our visit at each stop was flawless. We felt safe and comfortable the entire time. The professionalism and personable interactions with Olga and Vasilis made our visitor experience unforgettable. We came to Greece as strangers and we left as friends.

Olga and Stefanos were amazing. Olga’s explanation of everything was interesting and full of history. My children (8 and 11) enjoyed the mythological stories and we all learned something new. Olga and Stefanos could not have been kinder and more helpful to my mother who also joined us and had some difficulty walking. Their attentiveness could not be matched. We would do a tour with them again in a heartbeat. Thank you again!!

This was by far the best private tour we’ve ever had. From the start, Snami Travel were eager to accommodate every activity we wished for the day. On the day of the tour, we were thoroughly impressed by our guide Nikos, who was professional, mindful, and knowledgeable. We cannot recommend him highly enough. There’s also no need to say that Elafonissi is absolutely stunning!

Our Chania tour was a main highlight of our Mediterranean cruise. We saw Elafonisi Beach, the cave of Agia Sofia, and had the most delicious traditional Cretan lunch (yamas!) with a gorgeous view. The tour company was great from start to finish. They answered questions quickly and kept us informed. Olga, our guide, sent a WhatsApp message the morning of our trip to make sure we found her very quickly upon leaving the ship (we did find her easily). Olga and our driver, Panos, were on time with a clean 15-passenger van. They helped us shape our day just how we liked. Olga knew so much about Chania and Greek history, and shared lots of interesting facts. She and Panos were wonderful with the five kids we had with us (ages 7-12). We loved how Olga always told us what she and Panos were discussing whenever they talked to each other in Greek. It made us feel included and showed how kind she was. They gave us options to change and tailor our day if we wanted. They took care of all the timing, which made things easy for us. Olga gave us just the right amount of info. She answered all our questions and kept us super engaged without making it feel like a lesson. They treated us like old friends. We'd never been to Greece before, but now we want to go back because of them! We liked Chania even more than we expected. Olga and the team helped us make great memories. We're so thankful for this perfect day. If you're in Chania, do this tour. It's great for families and anyone who wants to see the best of Crete in one day. You'll love it!
