Duomo climb was amazing, it didn't feel that bad climbing the 463 steps and to see the dome fresco close up was unreal, as well as the views at the summit.

The Dome is inspirational

Filippo Brunelleschi designed the awe-inspiring Dome, Florence Cathedral's unique dome, known as Il Duomo. This hand-built structure is a triumph of Italian Rennaissance construction, it's mainly made of bricks. The Dome resembles Rome's Pantheon, but it is part of the ground-breaking project. We climbed to the top of the Dome; the Dome and view of Florence is inspirational.
