    We'll kick things off in the Garden City - don't worry, we're quickly on the road to see the best of the Mackenzie Country.

  • Geraldine (Pass By)

    After a relaxing journey from Christchurch, we're slowing things down for a stop in the beautiful little town of Geraldine.

  • Fairlie

    Famous for its bakehouse, Fairlie is our gateway to the Mackenzie Country. It is now time to wake as breathtaking scenery is around every corner!

  • Lake Tekapo (Pass By)

    The bus will go silent as we round the corner for the first sighting of Lake Tekapo. This view won't disappoint - not long until we stop now!

  • The Church of the Good Shepherd

    Our first stop! Take a look of this beautiful little church with the best view in the world. Perfect time for a couple of Instagram shots to prove you are really in New Zealand- after all, it is easily the most photographed church in the country!

    You thought Lake Tekapo was the most beautiful lake you have ever seen - just wait for it! Lake Pukaki will take your breath away. Don't worry, we will stop at different location for you to enjoy its beauty!

    And here we are - the beautiful Mt Cook! It's time for you to decide how you would like to spend your day- walk the stunning Hooker Valley or Tasman Glacier track, or check out the Sir Edmund Hillary Alpine Center.

    This 3 hour walk won't disappoint - enjoy the amazing view and listen to the glaciers cracking.as you walk to the glacier lake at Mt Cook! PLEASE NOTE: This is one option on how you can spend your time while at Mt Cook on this tour. If delays occur during your tour you may not be able to complete the whole track. YOU MAY NOT BE ABLE TO COMPLETE THE WHOLE TRACK WHILE ON THE TOUR

Great tour, saw main attractions and tour guide made it entertaining

We had Will as our tour driver. He was excellent, he made jokes on the way but also was cheery and knowledgeable in providing us information on background information and stories. We were lucky to have on the tour on an beutiful day and the tour was worth the cost. The tour took us to the main attractions and was well planned, pickup on time, sleep in the van, coffee stop over and pie at bakehouse, few stop overs, lunch and snacks were sufficient. Thank you!

Mt Cook is far away from...

Mt Cook is far away from Christchurch, so we spent majority of the time driving there and back. On board there were WiFi, AC, and we could charge our phones. Our guide was Will, he was awesome. He was very accommodating, kept everything on time so we had no delays and could experience everything that was included in the tour. He was also giving interesting facts. We had plenty of bathroom breaks and could eat lunch on board. The tour included stops at the lakes Tekapo (twice), Pukaki. The final destination was the Hooker Valley at Mt Cook. From there we could choose from 3 options. I chose the hike through the Hooker Valley. It is a 10 km hike. Unfortunately I could not finish the hike but the valley is beautiful, so I still could enjoy the hike and made plenty photos of the Mt Cook and the valley. We had 3 hours to spend at the Mt Cook. The ride in the van was relaxing.

Paul was not only a wonderful tour guide, but an incredible host showcasing the beauty of both the New Zealand nature & people. The tour was wonderful and provided a great opportunity to view some magnificent scenery as well as gave enough time to hike the Hooker Valley Trail.
