Exceptional Day at Neuschwanstein Castle

Very special day exploring the castle and nearby churches, Ettal monastery. Svende (spelling?) was so knowledgeable - It was like listening to a professor. His details of the history of the castles, the region made the day so fascinating. He was very thoughtful and friendly, a safe driver and excellent photographer. I cannot recommend this trip enough, worth every penny.

Best way to tour the area around Fussen and Neuschwanstein castle !

We visited Bavaria from Canada in November 2022 and were happy to find a guide who had so much knowledge of the region and also spoke English. We learned so much about Neuschwanstein Castle and Bavaria! Far more than the regular castle tour offers. Jake was so kind to our son and kept him engaged even as we covered centuries of history and toured a few spots before the castle on our day tour. A huge thank you to Jake for the great day , communication leading up to it and professional experience.

Jake, of All Things Garmisch, delivered an outstanding tour of Neuschwanstein Castle. He was responsive to my emails, arranged for a bigger vehicle so our group of eight could travel together, picked us up on time, gave us tons of information about the castle and its history, and also took us to a cute town- Oberammergau, known for its Passion Play performances- for lunch. We also stopped at the Ettal Monastery, which was definitely worth a stop. Definitely recommend.
