At 8:30am, your personal English-speaking guide and driver will pick you up from your hotel in Beijing to start today’s trip. The first spot is Summer Palace, it is the largest and best-preserved royal park in China, a much loved summer retreat of the imperial families for about 300 years. The pavilions, bridges, promenades, corridors, lakes and gardens, all provide a pleasant walk. The Palace greatly influences Chinese horticulture and landscape, with its famous natural views and cultural interest, and has long been recognized as 'The Museum of Royal Gardens'. You will be walking for about 2 hours (2 kilometers) in the park.

After lunch, you will visit the Great Wall at Badaling section. This section of Great Wall is the best preserved and earliest to be open for sightseeing. The Great Wall is undoubtedly among the most imposing and amazing architectures in this planet. The battlements and watchtowers are high and steep in places, and provide wonderful views across the hills. Cable car up and down the mountain is included instead of boring steps, and save your time.

My 33 year old daughter and I spent three days in Beijing Jimmy was fantastic. Good command of the English language. He was genuinely interested and taking care of all the details and making sure that we had a excellent visit. He was very prompt very congenial. We visited a lot of things . Meals were fantastic and he made sure of that.j Immy is A+ guide. He had a great knowledge of the history. And a very relaxing demeanor about him. Day 1 airport to hotel. Temple of heaven. Olympic sites. Day 2 forbidden City ,Hutong rickshaw ride ,summer palace. And Cool acrobatic show Day 3 great Wall 4 hour hike Superb

Great tour, especially for the price. Only 13 people so felt like a private tour. Tour guide spoke good English and was great (most Chinese do not speak English).
Recommend removing the last stop at the reflexology for foot massage as everyone was tired and not a pleasant environment.
